IBEW Local 453’s mission is to represent and support the skilled workforce of Southwest Missouri, including electricians, sign erectors, maintenance workers, expeditors, and municipal employees. We strive to promote excellence in craftsmanship, advocate for fair wages and safe working conditions, and develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople through education and training. We are committed to powering the growth of our communities while strengthening opportunities for working families across the Ozarks.
